Respawn Icons is a sole proprietorship selling digital Stream Deck profile packs and Corsair Xeneon Edge widgets through respawnicons.com.

Questions, problems, refund requests and anything else: [email protected]. It is read by a person, not a queue, and it is the fastest way to a resolution.

A download, not a physical product and not a subscription. Nothing ships and nothing recurs. Each purchase is a one-off payment for the files described on that product’s page.

Every profile pack includes the layouts listed on its page — normally both the 15-key and 32-key Stream Deck layouts, and the Neo layout where one is offered — in a single download at one price. Icon counts and layouts are stated per product and are what we are held to.

Updates are included for as long as we keep making them. If we improve a pack, the newest version is available from your account at no further cost. We do not promise a specific future update or a schedule for one, because we would rather not promise something we cannot control — a game changing is what usually prompts one.

The moment PayPal confirms your payment, we email a download link for each item you bought. Those links are permanent: they do not expire and they keep working.

Make an account with the same address and you also get the newest version of anything you own, whenever you want it, rather than the version you bought.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check spam, then write to us. We can see whether it was sent and re-send it. Nobody has ever had to buy something twice because an email went astray, and nobody is going to.

Sales are final once a file has been downloaded. The honest reason is the obvious one: we cannot take a file back, and the only thing standing between us and giving our work away is that sentence.

What you get instead is support with no time limit. If a pack will not install, a widget misbehaves, or a game update breaks half your icons, tell us and we will stay with it until it works. No window, no ticket limit. We hold ourselves to that far more tightly than any refund policy would.

And if we sold you something that simply does not do what its page said it does, and we cannot fix it, we will refund you. A final-sale policy is not a licence to misdescribe things.

Consumer law there normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Digital content is a specific exception: that right ends once the download starts, but only if you asked us to start it immediately and acknowledged that doing so ends the right to cancel.

The checkout says this next to the pay button, and completing your purchase is how you agree to it: you are asking us to give you the files straight away, and accepting that this ends your right to withdraw. If you would rather keep the right, do not download the file — write to us within 14 days instead and we will refund you.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. The price you see is the price charged; there is no subscription, no upsell and nothing added at the end.

Prices include any sales tax or VAT that applies to your purchase. Nothing is added at checkout, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

Rearrange the layout, remap the keys, delete the pages you never touch. It is your deck and none of that troubles us in the slightest.

What we ask is that the icons themselves stay as they are — not redrawn, recoloured, re-exported, or repackaged into something else. The artwork is the work, and it is the one thing we need left alone.

An account is optional — you can buy without one and your links will still work. Making one gets you the newest version of everything you own in one place.

Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you think somebody else has your password, sign out everywhere from your settings and change it, and tell us if you would like us to check the account for you.

We may suspend an account that is being used to distribute our files. We will tell you why.

We will do what these terms say, with reasonable care and skill. If we fail and it costs you something, we are responsible for losses that were a foreseeable result of that failure, up to the amount you paid us.

We are not responsible for things outside our control: your hardware, Elgato’s or Corsair’s software, a game changing, or a service we depend on being unavailable.

We do not limit our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights sit above all of this and are unaffected by it.

These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state in which Respawn Icons is established.

If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protection of your own country’s consumer law, or your right to bring a claim at home. Nothing here asks you to give up a right your own law says you keep.
