What you get

Respawn Interactive LLC, doing business as Respawn Icons, provides this license. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

We are a multi-member limited liability company registered in Florida. Business mailing address: 5320 S Westshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611, United States. Contact: [email protected].

When you buy a profile pack, an Xeneon Edge profile or a widget, you get a permanent, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it personally.

The license covers all devices you personally use.

Things you can do without asking

Install it on as many of your own machines as you own.
Rearrange the layout, rename keys, delete pages, or use single icons on a deck you built yourself.
Keep your own backup copies.
Stream or record with it on screen, on any platform, monetised or not.
Make a video or a guide about it and show the icons in use.

Things you may not do

Give the files to anybody else — not a friend, not a teammate, not your Discord. The purchase covers you.
Post them anywhere — a public folder, a torrent, a repository, a “free packs” server.
Sell them, or anything made out of them.
Redraw, recolor, re-export or repackage the artwork.
Use them as assets in another product, free or paid, including another icon pack.
Claim you made them.

Unauthorised redistribution or resale may result in enforcement action.

Teams, studios and shared setups

Each license covers one person. Contact us about licensing for teams, studios, or shared setups.

Who owns what

We keep ownership of the artwork and the profiles. You are buying a license to use them, not the copyright in them.

The games, applications and hardware our packs are made for belong to their own owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them, and any names or trade marks are used only to say which game a pack is for.

When it ends

It does not, unless you break it or you are refunded. If you distribute or resell the files, the license ends and we may close your account and stop your download links working.

If a purchase is refunded, or charged back through your bank, the license for it ends with the money and its download links stop working. This applies only to the refunded or charged-back purchase.

Other purchases remain licensed and available to download.
