Terms of Sale

Respawn Interactive LLC, doing business as Respawn Icons, is a multi-member limited liability company that makes and supplies digital Stream Deck profile packs, Xeneon Edge profiles and Corsair Xeneon Edge widgets through respawnicons.com. “Respawn Icons”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms refer to Respawn Interactive LLC.

Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link as the merchant of record. The payment terms shown at checkout apply to your transaction. Respawn Icons provides the products and product support.

We remain responsible for the product — what it is, whether it works, and fixing it when it does not. Questions, problems and anything else: [email protected].

Each purchase is a one-time payment for the digital files described on the product page.

Profile bundles include Stream Deck MK (15-key) and XL (32-key) layouts in one purchase, with Neo (8-key) included where listed. Earlier purchases of an individual layout also include access to the full profile bundle. Icon counts and included files are stated on each product page.

Updates are included for as long as we keep making them. If we improve a pack, the newest version is available from your account at no further cost. We do not promise specific future updates or an update schedule.

When Stripe confirms your payment, we email a purchase link for each item you bought. The first browser to open a previously unused purchase link gets 10 minutes of download access without a code. Other browsers and later visits require sign-in with the purchasing account or a one-time code sent to the purchase email. Codes expire after 10 minutes; guest download access lasts 30 minutes and can be renewed by verifying again. Your purchase does not expire. Shared emailed links may be disabled without removing your account access.

Make an account with the same address and you also get the newest version of anything you own, whenever you want it, rather than the version you bought.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check spam, then write to us. We can see whether it was sent and re-send it.

Contact support if you have a problem with your purchase. We will work with you to resolve it. Support for installation, compatibility, and product issues has no time limit.

If a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we will refund the affected purchase. Any cancellation or refund rights provided by law remain available.

For help or a refund request, email [email protected] with your order reference. You can also contact Link support for payment and refund help. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected by these terms. Contact support to request cancellation or a refund. We do not treat payment alone as a waiver of your statutory rights.

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax or VAT. Purchases are one-time payments. Nothing is added to the displayed price at checkout.

Stripe Managed Payments handles applicable indirect taxes in its supported countries. Checkout may offer a local-currency price; review the currency and final amount before paying. Your payment receipt is sent by Link.

Rearrange the layout, remap the keys, delete the pages you never touch.

What we ask is that the icons themselves stay as they are — not redrawn, recolored, re-exported, or repackaged into something else.

An account is optional — you can buy without one and your links will still work. Making one gets you the newest version of everything you own in one place.

Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you think somebody else has your password, sign out everywhere from your settings and change it, and tell us if you would like us to check the account for you.

We may suspend an account that is being used to distribute our files. We will tell you why.

We will do what these terms say, with reasonable care and skill. If we fail and it costs you something, we are responsible for losses that were a foreseeable result of that failure, up to the amount you paid us.

We are not responsible for things outside our control: your hardware, Elgato’s or Corsair’s software, a game changing, or a service we depend on being unavailable.

We do not limit our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights sit above all of this and are unaffected by it.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida.

If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protection of your own country’s consumer law, or your right to bring a claim at home. Nothing here asks you to give up a right your own law says you keep.
