Using your widget

Respawn Icons grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install your lawfully obtained copy of Sidekick for Spotify for your personal use. Do not redistribute, resell or share the widget package or source code without permission. You retain any rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

The widget provides Spotify browsing and playback controls in Classic and Vinyl views. It requires compatible iCUE software, Spotify Premium and your own eligible Spotify developer app. A widget purchase does not include a Spotify subscription or grant Spotify developer access.

Availability and purchases

Spotify controls account eligibility, API access, devices and request limits. Features may change or become unavailable if Spotify changes or restricts its service. Respawn Icons does not promise unlimited API usage or uninterrupted availability.

The purchase price and any product-specific license details are shown in the marketplace listing. Purchases and refunds are subject to the seller’s applicable terms and your statutory consumer rights. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Spotify and third parties

This is independent software from Respawn Icons. Spotify does not develop, endorse or support it. Respawn Icons is responsible for the widget and its support. Your use of Spotify remains subject to Spotify’s own agreements; these terms grant no exemption from them.

Spotify’s service, platform and content are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. Spotify has no responsibility or liability for this widget to the extent permitted by law.

Do not modify, make derivative works from, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Spotify’s platform, service or content, except where applicable law permits. Music, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and our privacy notice and may enforce them directly.
