How To Install A Xeneon Edge Widget
Widgets go in through CORSAIR iCUE rather than by double-clicking. It is a few more clicks than a profile, and the order genuinely matters.
Before You Start
CORSAIR iCUE installed, with your Xeneon Edge connected and showing up in it.
The zip from the download link we emailed you, or from your account, extracted. Inside is an .icuewidget file.

The Steps
Extract The Zip
Right-click and Extract All. iCUE cannot read an .icuewidget that is still sitting inside an archive, and the error it gives you when you try does not say so.
Check iCUE Can See The Edge
Open iCUE and confirm your Xeneon Edge is listed before you import anything. If it is not there, no widget will appear no matter how many times you install it, and you will spend twenty minutes blaming the widget. Reconnect the panel and restart iCUE until it shows up.
Open The Widgets Section
In iCUE, go to Widgets. This is the library of everything available to place on the panel — it is not the panel itself, which is why a freshly imported widget does not appear on screen straight away.
Click The + And Import
The + opens the Import Widget dialog. Drag the .icuewidget file into it, or browse to it, then confirm. Recent iCUE releases also let you simply double-click the .icuewidget file and skip the dialog.
Place It On The Panel
Once imported it sits in your widget library. From there, add it to the Edge screen and size it. The panel is 2560 × 720 and our widgets are drawn for the full width, so give it the whole thing rather than a corner.
Position It For Where You Actually Sit
The Edge can lie flat on the desk or stand in a case, and what reads well at a glance changes a lot with the angle. Move it around for a minute before deciding something is wrong with it.
